Buy It Or Get It For Free?

Google Docs is a wonderful free tool. So why buy Microsoft Word? Speed, availability and security are three reasons I would consider before putting critical information on a remote server. Businesses are rightly concerned about all of the above. For some the bottom line rules and they cross their fingers and hope Google will deliver.
